In addition to our conventional developmental activities with our various partners, we also produce eco-friendly and organic tribal products consisting of honey and vinegar. We do this through Maikal Hills Natural Products Company(MHNPC). The company, set up and registered in 2005, is a non-profit organization that empowers the Bhil and Gond community by giving them access to livelihood options and establishing both forward and backward linkages, linking them with the companies and FPOs at the apex level.

A natural leader, He is a capacity builder, a trainer, an efficient planner & an efficient implementer with the view of an economist. Since the inception of CARD, he has developed the organization with zeal and enthusiasm and devotion, becoming a synonym for CARD.

An eminent educationist, Dr. Varinder Gandhi dons many hats. She is member of managing committees of various top schools of Yamunanagar. In addition, as a Director, She is directly overseeing the administration of a PG College and a Senior Sec. School . She is a member trustee of Guru Nanak Education Trust and has been the the member of Executive Council (EC) of Kurukshetra University and president of the cultural council of the University. She did her Ph.D and Masters in English literature, and has a teaching experience of more than 35 years, guiding numerous Phd students in her tenure. She is also a proficient author, having written 4 books, including a memoir & a guide book for graduate students.

A Graduate in Public Relations & M.Phil in Social Science, She is the Member Secretary of CARD, besides being the early founder group member. In addition to her handling of many portfolios of CARD she is also National Level Monitor for MoRD and a National Level Trainer for the Census 2011 operations. A proficient micro planner, master at the women and child development projects and an adroit in gender and communication, she is an ace in the monitoring and evaluation division. Her biggest asset however is the patience which is reflected in a systematic outcome of the tasks she accomplishes as the Executive director of the organisation.

M.Com degree makes him a natural successor as Finance Controller of the organisation (a founder member). He is responsible for accounts management and planning, audit, taxation, etc for the organisation. He is also responsible for coverage of employees under provident fund, gratuity and mrdi-claim, group insurance, accidental assurance, etc. Past experience in Survey and Evaluation has taught him the nuances of Administration and Financial Management. His penny wise but not pounds foolish approach has built rich resources in CARD in a short spell of a decade. The Head Office building of CARD is the outcome of his continuous zeal and hard work. His dedication and self-less service for the organisation are his assets.

Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Ex-Executive Director, HUDCO is a BE(Civil), AMIE, MIE, PGD (UM and HRD) has also represented as Board member on MP Housing Board, MP Police Corporation and Cent Bank for 5 years. He has been involved in preparation of training module on low cost building material and technologies and in finalization of Disaster Mitigation manual by BMC, Mumbai. He is one of the authors of Earth Quake Manual and has represented Govt. of India on cost effective technologies and building material in African Countries. He has to his credit papers presented on disaster mitigation, cost effective building technologies at National/International level. He is founder member of CARD.

He worked in TRIFED under Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt. of India in various senior capacities for over 28 years and held the positions of Executive Director and Managing Director before his superannuation in April, 2016. He also represented as Director on the Boards of "North Eastern Handicraft and Handloom Development Corporation Ltd.", Ministry of DONER for 8 years and "National Scheduled Tribes Finance Development Corporation". He has vast experience in Marketing Development, Training, Personnel, Legal, MIS, etc. Besides he has successfully executed livelihood initiatives of Skill Up-gradation & Capacity Building of Tribal Artisans, Procurement & Marketing of Agricultural Produce, Minor Forest Produce and Handicrafts promotion.

Awarded Masters (1968) and Doctoral (1971) Degree in Agricultural Economics form prestigious Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, has published 175 research papers, 25 research reports and 8 technical bulletins and also drafted National Livestock Policy for the Government of India, New Delhi. Not only this, he also served as the Vice Chanseller, Barkatullah University, Bhopal (2003-2005). Thus, the credentials of Dr. Ram Prasad are a mix of a forestry researcher and an educationist. He is advisor at International Centre of Community Forestry, IIFM, Bhopal and Chief Technical Advisor NTFP Centre of Excellence, Government of Tripura.

Dr. Swati has been working in the development sector since 2015 and started her career with CARD. She has a Doctorate in Philosophy in the subject of Chemistry. Being the General Secretary, she is responsible for the routine administration functioning of the organization.
She's keen on becoming a Social Scientist and has major interest in the field of research. One of her expertise is in the value addition of non timber forest produce and herbal product development. She is directing the skill sector of CARD and livelihood promotion initiatives involving the tribal population of MP.
